Denise Harden

Denise W. Harden is an Eastern Shore native.  She graduated from Wicomico Senior High School and attended Salisbury University.  After completing her undergraduate education Ms. Harden attended University of Baltimore School of Law where she received a recognized concentration in criminal law.  After law school Ms. Harden went into private practice to litigate family law matters in the Law firm of Barbara R. Trader, P.A. In addition, Ms. Harden served as an assistant state’s attorney with the Wicomico County States Attorney’s Office.  During her tenure with Barbara R. Trader, P.A. Ms. Harden has represented clients in Wicomico, Worcester, Dorchester, and Somerset Counties in matters concerning divorce, custody, guardianship, and adoption matters. Ms. Harden has also dedicated herself to representing children in contested custody cases.  Ms. Harden is trained in Civil Mediation and serves as a Facilitator for both Wicomico and Somerset County Circuit Court.
